Are you an introvert and have landed in a sales profession. Introverts cannot not communicate too. Am I really speaking of something out of the world. Let me reveal few proven NLP techniques to effective sales. Are you ready?

1. Rapport

People like people who are like each other. And if you be like the person whom you want to sell, you will end up actually selling him your product or services. Most often it is a emotional sale and if you are in rapport with the other person, I promise, you can sell almost anything to the other person.

2. Stop selling your features

You might really wonder when I say you stop selling your features and USPs. Identify the purpose of the client buying the product. Ask the right questions and once you find the purpose, you are almost there. Remember people don’t like to be sold to rather they like to buy the products which suits them. And once you understand that, you are done. Isn’t it very simple?

3. Handling objections

Customer is always the King. We hear this most often. And yes, he is. But not necessarily he is always right. You need to master the art to agree to disagree too. This is yet another skill to listen carefully to the customer, about his understanding about the product and service you wish to sell and then add those missing dots to ensure you build on or smartly object to client’s misconceived perception about your product or service. This is yet another technique of agreement frame in NLP.
